Dentistry During COVID-19

COVID-19 has affected all of us in many ways, we hope that you and your family have been healthy and safe during this time. The team is looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines now that the office is officially open. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for Boston Dental Design. Our infection control processes follows the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

You will notice some changes at your upcoming appointments to help protect both our patients and our team.

Best Practices For Appointments:

  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions when confirming your appointment.

  • All patients will be asked to wear their own masks to all appointments.

  • We ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment, no earlier or later. We are scheduling patients strategically so as to allow for social distancing between patients.

  • In the process of upgrading clinical spaces with plexiglass barriers at check-in.

  • When you are greeted at our front desk, you will undergo a short screening process including a temperature reading and a short questionnaire to complete.

  • Please leave personal belongings in your car and do not bring any additional visitors to your appointment.

  • You may see that our waiting room will have limited seating and no longer offer magazines since they are difficult to clean and disinfect.

  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 617.423.6777 or email us at citidentalpostoffice@gmail.com.
